Renewal of Subscriptions 2023/2024

Dear Member,

Your current membership expires on 31st March 2023 and the Club invites your renewal.

Please ensure applications are returned promptly as no further reminders for renewal will be issued. If unpaid by 30th April you will automatically cease to be a member and you will need to re-apply and pay the joining fee again. Your name will be held by the Committee and, subject to approval and on receipt of cleared funds membership will be re-instated.

Dinghy park and mooring fee applications should also be returned promptly as dinghy park spaces are at a premium and any free spaces can then be re-allocated. The moorings have to be registered in April with the Harwich Haven Authority and Crown Estates. The mooring fee reflects the fees paid to Harwich Harbour and Crown Estates. Once received, stickers should be placed in a visible position on boats or covers ASAP to allow dinghy park checks.

By applying for a dinghy park allocation you are confirming that your boat is adequately insured with cover of at least £2,000,000 against third party claims. Please do not send remittance for a dinghy park space or mooring unless you have been allocated one.

2023/2024 Subscriptions have been held at last years prices:

Adult/Family Membership £85
Senior Members (65 and over) £35
Junior (under 21) £25
Mooring Space £100
Dinghy Park £60 – not transferable

Your payment, including dinghy park and mooring fees, should be paid no later than 31st March. Once payment is received, your new Membership Card will be forwarded to you.
